Service Excellence
In partnership with
Elevate Your Organization…
In the past ten years, increasingly informed and empowered consumers have brought about a “service revolution,” demanding improved and more personal levels of interaction with their providers. Organizations that don’t measure up to this new standard have seen a rapid decline in membership, attendance, or clients—and the meetings industry is no exception.
In recognition of this key trend, PCMA, in conjunction with the famed Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, has developed a one- and-a-half day seminar on Service Excellence, exclusively designed to meet the unique service needs of meetings industry executives. Led by Wharton School faculty member Dr. Paul Tiffany, this seminar provides the strategic skills and tools that can elevate your entire organization to world-class service standards. You will learn innovative strategies for providing service excellence in a cost-efficient format, allowing your organization to better achieve its goals and objectives.
Join your colleagues and award-winning faculty for the educational event that has the entire meetings industry talking!
