Important Deadlines for PCMA Attendees:
November 29, 2007 - Deadline for Regular Registration. Higher registration fees will apply after November 29 and on-site.
December 21, 2007 - Deadline for refunds (less processing fees).
Please do not mail and fax your registration.
Please note that HOUSING FOR THE PCMA ANNUAL MEETING IS NOW CLOSED!
If you need to make a change to an existing reservation or cancel a reservation, please contact the hotel directly AFTER DECEMBER 28, 2007 (hotel phone number is listed on your registration/housing confirmation letter). Hotels will NOT have rooming lists from the PCMA Housing Bureau processed before this date.
If you need to make a new reservation, you may contact the hotels directly for availability and rates. Please note that they may not be able to confirm availability or rates until AFTER DECEMBER 28, 2007 when PCMA reservations have been processed.

Registration Form Instructions
- Type or print all information on the registration form and housing form in black ink (please print legibly).
- PCMA Registration is not responsible for faxes not received due to mechanical failure or circumstances beyond our control.
- Due to the volume of forms received, PCMA Registration cannot confirm receipt of faxed or mailed forms.
- Most educational sessions do not require tickets. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Many optional sessions, activities and events will be ticketed and applicable tickets will be included in credentials on-site.
- Pre-meeting workshops and experiential learning sessions require additional fees; please indicate session choice and include fees.
- Community Service Events and Activities require additional fees; please indicate session choice and include fees.
- Attendees must submit a registration form in order to make hotel reservations within the PCMA hotel block using the official PCMA Housing Form (See Housing/Hotel Reservation Information and Form).
- Registration forms must be submitted on or before November 29, 2007 to qualify for regular registration fees. Registrations submitted via fax or the internet must be date/time stamped by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on November 29, 2007 to qualify for regular registration fees. Mailed registrations must be RECEIVED by November 29, 2007 to qualify for regular registration fees. Registrations received after November 29, 2007 will be automatically charged the higher late registration fees.
- All paper registration and housing forms must be submitted at the same time (via fax or mail).
Payment
Full payment must be received with registration forms. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds. Make checks payable to: PCMA/Experient. Check payment is accepted with mailed registration and housing forms ONLY. One check may be used to pay for registration fees and housing deposit. Credit card payment is accepted for registration online, via fax and via mail. Cards accepted include American Express, Visa and Master Card. Registrations must include full payment to be processed.
Badges
Attendees registering in advance may pick up badge and registration materials at the Advance Registration desk at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center during hours indicated above for On-Site Registration. Please note that photo ID will be required to pick up badges/materials. Students must show valid student identification in order to pick up badges/materials if registered at the student rate. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges/materials.
Cancellations and Refunds
Written requests for registration cancellations/refunds must be postmarked on or before December 21, 2007. All Annual Meeting registration cancellations/refund requests received by December 21, 2007, will be refunded registration fees paid less a $125 USD processing fee. Refunds for pre-meeting workshops and optional ticketed sessions purchased are subject to a $25 USD (each) processing fee in addition to any applicable Annual Meeting registration cancellation/processing fee. Guest cancellations are subject to a $50 USD cancellation processing fee. There are no refunds for charitable events (Hospitality Helping Hands and Party With a Purpose). No refunds will be granted after December 21, 2007. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Note to ACOM one-day registrants: Due to the discounted registration fee, if cancellation occurs at any time, no refund will be granted to ACOM registrants attending one day of the PCMA Annual Meeting.
