When planning an event, you know how important it is to evaluate timing, flights, and special circumstances. So because of Seattle’s west coast location, we have gone back to the regular schedule of closing the PCMA Annual Meeting on Wednesday with an evening event. See below for the outstanding programs and events we’ve scheduled throughout the day and evening to help you get the most out of your Annual Meeting experience if you stay until Thursday.

#1 Catch Jason Alexander’s motivational speaker alter ego, Donny Clay

12:15 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Join us for lunch on Wednesday where Jason Alexander’s alter ego, Donny Clay will encourage you to “Create Possibilities ” in your life and the meetings industry.

 

#2 Hear from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
One of the most sought-after speakers on the environment, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has long been ahead of the curve on the ever-increasing importance of going green. His session is intended to be a rallying cry for the industry and is anticipated to end the Annual Meeting on a high note. Enhance your understanding of the environment from one of the green movement’s earliest and most passionate advocates, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. – author, environmental activist and senior attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council.

#3 Experience Seattle

When was the last time you visited Seattle? The Annual Meeting programs and events will take you to some of what Seattle has to offer as a city, but not everything. Visit the “In Seattle” section of www.pcmaseattle.org for all of the reasons why you should extend your stay beyond the close of the conference, and make sure to register for complimentary tours of Seattle. Seattle will work with you to customize the site inspections that best suit your meeting requirements, whether it is a tour of the city, hotels, convention centers, or venues.

#4 Spectacular Closing Event

6:00 p.m.
PCMA's closing events will push the limits! Come walk the edge between fact and fiction, the deconstruction of mainstream. Experience the Northwest you never knew existed, the level beyond the world renown. “Endless possibilities” have been created for you in the colliding worlds of Metro and Natural. Around every corner, a new exciting experience is to be found, combining the usual with the unusual. The Sheraton Seattle Hotel, a world-class facility in a world-class metropolis, will leave a lasting impression. This evening is not to be missed!
