Pine & Gilmore's Seattle Experiences Audio Tour

Seattle is unofficially known as the "national capital of coffee lovers." Tully's Coffee is a specialty coffee retailer and wholesaler based in Seattle with a focus on serving fine handcrafted coffee. This experiential session will focus on Coffee 101. Discover the background, the selection of beans, and the process of developing gourmet coffee. Also, find out how to order it, when coffee should be refreshed, and when it should be replaced. Witness the roasting of beans in the plant and round out the experience with a discussion and tasting of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Discover how to pair the various coffee blends to complement the palate. Note: Session is limited to the first 60 registrants. Pre-registration and an additional fee are required. Lunch is included in the registration fee. Buses depart at 10:15 a.m. from the Washington State Convention and Trade Center.
Paul Lisnek, J.D., Ph.D.
Travel to the home of the Seattle Mariners for this experiential session and gain the necessary tools and experience to increase attendance at your next annual meeting. Each team will receive a budget of time and money to implement specific tactics to build attendance. Receive feedback based on choosing the right tactics, in the right order, at the right time. Be careful… it’s not as easy as it sounds – real life examples of attendance decreasing obstacles are also included. Note: Session is limited to the first 90 registrants. Pre-registration and an additional fee are required. Buses depart at 2:30 p.m. from the Convention Place Transportation Center.
